Whole, ½ , ¼ Beef and Bundles

Whole, half, Quarters, and bundles of Black Angus Beef will be available for fall butchering 2026, 100% angus 100% free of artificial hormone and growth implants, raised from birth to plate right here. Finishing on animals can be discussed on a cow by cow basis though we typically expect our standard fed animals to be at least mid to upper choice. Our price of 6.50$/# includes the cost of the cow as well as basic processing and delivery in the Springfield area. You can expect around 5000$ for an entire steer ready to eat, 2,500 for a half or a bit over a 1000$ for a 1/4, box’s will be priced based on items, and customized boxes could be put together based on availability.
